SURVIVE: European Tour

During the past 3 weeks, I've been on 12 planes, 4 boats, countless automobiles and stayed in some of the most lavish hotels my life has ever seen. This month's international tour with Grammy Award-winning, disco diva, Gloria Gaynor has proved to be an experience that has brought about many of my firsts. It's been my distinct pleasure to talk with, draw from, connect to and sing with such a wise, spirited, fun and seasoned legend. She's made me laugh at least a few times every single day we've been together. There are still two dates left (Croatia and Italy), and though the tour has been a long journey in a short amount of time, I am proud to be the new owner of a lifetime memory: gazing into an audience of eight thousand listeners as I took the Istanbul stage with Gaynor to perform the classic duet, "My First, My Last, My Everything." We'll do it again a few more times, and then I'll be back to Atlanta and on to the next adventure!
