A REMINDER of MY FUTURE

The hand is a tool we use to direct, control, constrict, release, strike, embrace, attack, reject, explain, pleasure, fight, surrender and take responsibility. Many of the intentions our mind has are expressed and implemented through the use of our hands. This morning, a sudden panic re-introduced itself as I began to question what my future would look like and whether or not I was going to be okay in the long-run, when I suddenly felt the inspiration to grab a pen and place my hand into the sun. I wrote this on my palm today to remind myself that I can CHOOSE to build the life I see in my dreams - we all can. I'm making the commitment to keep this message inside of my hand as a reminder of the power of my own choices (to steer my life) until it fades away. In a song I recorded on The RANDEVYN Project called, "This Morning," there's a lyric that says, "when I opened my eyes, the sun begin to shine and I saw my life in a different light this morning..." I will continue to let my songs be the power that keeps me strong through all of my life's challenges.
